Sound and stimulation are set to “on” at this new-music series at The Appel Room, overlooking Central Park. The season kicks off with a contemporary complement to our staged production of Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle and Schoenberg’s Erwartung, asking how music can tell stories. Hosted and curated by Nadia Sirota, Creative Partner, and featuring Philharmonic musicians.
